How We Review
Our review methodology
We do not test products ourselves. Instead, every review follows the same five research-based steps.
- Research the brand. Who makes it, where, and whether it is a real, accountable company.
- Read the lab reports. We look for published third-party lab reports (COAs) for potency and contaminants.
- Check real customer reviews. We read aggregated reviews from independent platforms and attribute what buyers actually report.
- Compare price & value. We look at the real listed prices, formats, and what you get for the money.
- Publish & keep updated. We publish a clear verdict and revise it as prices and products change.
Because we don’t use the products ourselves, our score is an editorial assessment built from verifiable proxies (lab reports, formula, aggregated real reviews, and price) — not a claim of personal testing. We cite sources rather than appropriating them.
What we will not do
We will not publish fabricated ratings, invented customer numbers, medical claims, or coupon codes we cannot verify. If a fact cannot be verified, we leave it out.
